Personal Trust Administration

Community Bank of Raymore has the experience to provide personal and detailed trust administration services as a Trustee or Successor Trustee. In serving as Trustee, we can hold and manage assets held by a trust and carry out your written instructions contained in the trust document. Our trust administration fees are competitive and reasonably priced. We have developed relationships with attorneys, accountants and financial planners throughout the area relating to trusts and their administration, so as to maintain your current professional relationships. Our duty is to provide administration of your trust so that your wishes expressed in your trust agreement are carried out in every detail without delay.

Executor/Personal Representative

Community Bank of Raymore provides services as an Executor or Personal Representative when named by Will, taking great care to timely and thoroughly serve the probate estate as required by law, including providing an inventory of the estate assets, paying bills as authorized, filing personal and fiduciary income and any federal estate tax returns, managing the estate assets and distributing them according to the terms of your Will and by state law. Many of our clients find that having Community Bank of Raymore perform these duties relieves their family members from this obligation and burden during a difficult time.

Custodial Services

We can serve as Custodian for assets of our individual clients and investors, including providing bookkeeping and recordkeeping services, documentation of securities transactions, income collection and distribution, maintenance of tax cost basis and tax and income information, as well as other notifications.
