Have your account number and access code ready, and just dial 1-866-322-7030 from any touch tone phone. The first time you call in, your personal identification number will be the last four digits of the social security number or tax identification number of the primary account holder listed on the account you are inquiring about. Please select Option #9 to change the personal identification number to something other than the last four digits of the social security number or tax identification number on record for your account. You will be required to personalize that number to a new four-digit code for all future use.
Once you're in the system, simply follow the easy to use instructions. You will be asked to press a number indicating which information you want to access.
