Exciting New System Update!

System Update-February 11th

We are excited to inform you of improvements that we have made to our systems. We hope this will give you some guidance as we go through this process together, as well as give you confidence that you remain our first priority.

Online Banking

Your online banking user name is the same but will NOW be referenced as the Access ID. It will need to be entered in all lower case.

Your password HAS changed to last four digits of your social security number. The first time you log in you will be prompted to change it and set up new security features.

MOBILE BANKING is coming soon! We are adding the ability to view your account and pay bills via mobile devices. Watch for details.

Bill Payment Service

Please note that all bill payment payees will be converted under the users SSN that set up the initial registration.

Contact us for questions regarding your bill payment service if you experience any issues.

Statements

You will receive 2 statements in February – a final one from our current system dated February 10th and another one at the normal statement cycle timeframe from the new system. This will provide you with complete records of your accounts.

All transaction history contained within online banking has started fresh on the new system. Please refer to the final statement dated February 11th for previous transactions or contact us if you need any assistance.

E-statement users will receive an email directing you on how to access your electronic bank statements.

  • If you are enrolled in online banking, you will NOW have ONE easy access point to your accounts and your bank statements! Enjoy the added convenience of a single log in to view your online banking and e-statements!
  • If you are not enrolled in online banking, you will receive an email with your statement attached. Please use the first five characters of your email address and the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number to open the statement. Please ask a bank associate to enroll you in our FREE online banking, so you may enjoy the convenience of accessing your statements and accounts all at once.

**Electronic statements prior to February 11th can still be accessed through https://www.electronicstatements.com/Web2369 and will be available for 30 days. Please print or download these for your records.**
